Shipping Information
We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our fly fishing equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our Return Policy
You may return most new, unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Important Exception: Due to hygiene reasons and for the safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Waders & Boots that show signs of wear or have been used in water.
All returned items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition with original tags and packaging intact.
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
- Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to ship your return. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship to the address provided in your instructions.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange. You’ll receive an email notification confirming completion.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item). Refunds will not include original shipping charges.
Refund Timing and Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
- Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your refund after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Once processed, please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) to post the refund to your account
- Refunds to PayPal accounts are typically processed and received within 24-48 hours
Exchanges
For exchanges, the same return process applies. Once we receive your return, we will ship out the requested new item. Standard shipping charges will apply for the new shipment.
