Our Return & Exchange Promise
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return most new, unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please see exceptions below.
- Waders & Boots that show signs of wear or have been used in water.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. You may use the template provided below.
- Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to ship your return. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship the package to the address provided in your instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our facility.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange. You will receive an email notification confirming the completion of your request.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item). Refunds will not include the original shipping charges paid.
Refund Timing and Method
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
- Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your refund after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Once processed, please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) to post the refund to your account. This typically takes 5-10 business days.
- Refunds to PayPal accounts are typically processed and received within 24-48 hours.
Exchanges
For exchanges, the same return process applies. Once we receive your return, we will ship out the requested new item. Standard shipping charges will apply for the new shipment.
